Sexual harassment of women comes under IPC Section 354 A. It was introduced by the criminal Law (Amendment) Act 2013. It is an Act to provide Protection to women from sexual harassment at work place, to prevent and redress complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected there with or incidental there to. As per the guidelines of UGC, NAAC & Honorable Supreme Court on Anti-Sexual Harassment cell has been established in the colleges to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to the female staff members and students of the colleges.
